"Making a difference - Irish Science Assisting Under-resourced nations".

The Biomedical Diagnostics Institute at DCU are hosting a public event during Science week entitled “Making a difference - Irish Science Assisting Under-resourced nations”.

Presentations will be followed by a lively panel discussion demonstrating how Irish Science is dealing with key developing world issues. Topics include disease detection, water disinfection, and ethics of R& D for developing world applications. 
The event will take place at 7pm on Wednesday, November 14th in the Albert Lecture Theatre in the Royal College of Surgeons, St Stephens Green.
